Bochen Lyu is a Ph.D student at University of Southampton. He obtained M.A. in Physics from Department of Physics and Astronomy, Stony Brook University. Currently he is interested in machine learning and deep learning, such as understandings of learning dynamics of gradient descent and its variants for various deep learning models. Sam Hilton_Jones is an PhD student in AI at the University of Southampton, with a focus on a theoretical understanding of LLMs. His academic journey began with a degree in Mathematics, also from the University of Southampton.

Zygimantas Jocys is currently a Ph.D student at U of Southampton, co-supervised by Dr. Kate Farrahi and me. Currently he is working on AI4Science, 3D Generative Methods for Drug Discovery. More information is shown in his Google Scholar profile.

Yue Wu is an intern of the group, who is a Data Scientist at Baidu. Prior to that he recieved his Master degree from Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering, University of Southern California (USC) in 2023.
